The power of letting go refers to the ability to release attachments, expectations, negative emotions, and control over situations that no longer serve us positively. It’s a concept often associated with personal growth, mental well-being, and emotional healing. Letting go can apply to various aspects of life, including relationships, past experiences, regrets, fears, and material possessions. I have spent a great deal of time on building myself to let go.

I had a tendency of holding onto my past and have learned I can’t change the past and now I focus on the present.
